Our function in this company would be to purchase, secure and also, if desired, to market such investments with high yield expectation. Rental yields with two-digit percentages, sale yields with three-digit percentages are achievable according to the type of project.

The function of the investors is the purchase funding. Before the purchase of such projects, a short term common decree will be drawn up. The interest-free purchase funding of the investors is secured by the property.

The profits secured from the sale of these investments will primarily cover a percentage of the mortgage repayment including the interest on the mortgage thereafter as profit to the investor. Very important for this kind of investment is the agility to purchase profitable real estate at short notice.
